PROBLEM

More than 90% of consumption is based on soil. The currently situation of world food system is at

a breaking point due to soil degradation, and water usage in agriculture ,as well as unsustainable food production practices.

Humans are the cause of soil degradation

due to intensive agricultural practices aimed at maximizing yields. While people worldwide prioritize soil conservation, few Thais are aware

or understand the importance of soil.

“Why” is

World Soil Day celebrated globally,

but few Thais are aware of its significance?
